We have no reviews yet

Leak Fix London is new, so there is nothing honest to put on this page, and we would rather leave it empty than invent it. What follows is how to judge a leak firm that has no reviews, including this one.

Why this page is empty

Leak Fix London has not been trading long enough to have a body of reviews, so there are none on this page. There is no star rating, no counter, no wall of first names and initials, and no carousel of quotes. We are not going to write them ourselves, ask friends to leave them, or buy them, and we are not going to reuse another firm's.

That decision costs us something. A page like this converts worse than a page with forty-seven five-star reviews on it, and we know it. But the reviews on a brand new leak firm's website are the easiest thing on the entire site to fake, a fair number of them are faked, and you have no way to tell from the page itself. Rather than ask you to trust a claim you cannot check, here are the things about a leak firm that you can check, today, on us or on anybody else.

What to check instead, on us or on anyone else

  • Is the rate published on the website, in a figure, before you have to ring and ask? Ours is on the pricing page.
  • Are the detection methods named individually, or is it just the phrase "the latest technology"? A firm that owns tracer gas kit will say so, because it cost them.
  • Who carries out the repair? Many leak specialists only detect, which leaves you sourcing a plumber afterwards for the part of the job that actually stops the water.
  • Who reinstates the floor, screed, plaster or ceiling that had to be opened? This is the question almost nobody asks, and the one that decides whether your kitchen is finished in a week or in two months.
  • Is the report written to be accepted for a trace and access insurance claim, with method, findings, thermal images, moisture readings and pressure test results, dated?
  • What happens if they cannot find it? Get the answer in writing before they attend, not after.

No find, no fee · £150 per hour. The rate is fixed before we attend and does not rise for a difficult property, an awkward access or an evening visit. The total depends on how long the job takes; the rate cannot change.

Where ratings do exist, we cite them

Ratings that can be verified belong to firms that have been around long enough to collect them, and we cite those rather than pretend to have our own. Our alternatives pages set out what the large London leak and plumbing firms charge and how they are rated, with the platform, the score and the review count named, each one linked to where it was read and dated. If you are deciding between us and one of them, read the page about that firm before you read anything we say about ourselves.

What happens when reviews do arrive

When customers leave reviews, we link you to the platform they left them on rather than retype the nice sentences onto this page. A review you can read in its original place, alongside the ones the firm would rather you skipped, is worth more than any quote we choose ourselves.

That platform is our Google Business Profile, which went live in September 2026. If we have done a job for you, you can leave a review there, good or bad.

If you have had work done by us and want to say something about it, good or bad, the contact form reaches us directly. Complaints are more useful than compliments at this stage, and we would rather hear one than read it somewhere else first.

This page carries no ratings, testimonials or review markup of any kind, and the structured data behind it contains no aggregate rating. The only claims we make about ourselves that you can hold us to are the commercial terms, and those are written down on the pricing page rather than asserted here.
