LET’S GET IT SORTED

Six answers is all we need to call you back: what the water is doing, what kind of property it is, your postcode, your name and a number. Everything else is optional.

When not to bother with us
We would rather tell you now than charge you to find out.
- A tap dripping from the spout, or a nut weeping at a radiator valve, is usually a washer or a quarter of a turn. That is a job you can do, or a job for whoever already looks after the property.
- Damp on an external wall or around a chimney breast that comes and goes with the weather is roofing, pointing or guttering. It is not plumbing and we are not the right trade for it.
- Black mould in a cold corner, with no history of water anywhere near it, is condensation. Finding a leak that is not there costs you an hour.
- In a managed block, the freeholder or managing agent may already have a contractor who has to attend. Check the lease or ask the agent before you instruct anyone privately.
