We cover London. Not a ring of postcodes drawn around a depot, and not "London and the Home Counties" with a surcharge once you cross a boundary you were never shown. If the property is inside Greater London, we will come to it, and the rate is the same whether that is a flat in Zone 1 or a house at the end of a District line branch.

Distance changes one thing only: what time we can be with you. It does not change what an hour costs. The rate is settled before we set off, and it does not rise because the traffic was bad, because there was nowhere to park, or because the job turned out to be four floors up with no lift. Where a congestion, ULEZ or parking charge is actually incurred, it is passed on at what it cost and no more, and you are told about it before the visit rather than after it.

Leaks do not respect borough lines either. A great deal of our work is in mansion blocks and converted terraces where the water is coming from a flat that is not the one with the stain on the ceiling, and those jobs are the same job in Camden as they are in Bromley: find where it is entering, find where it started, repair the pipe, put the ceiling back.
